Ceiling Fans
Ceiling fans are dusted and wiped, including blades, housings and reachable fixtures. Excessive build-up, high ceilings or specialised access may incur additional fees.
Floors
Sweeping, mopping and vacuuming are included. Carpet cleaning using a specialised machine for water application and extraction will incur additional fees.
Walls
Spot cleaning of walls to remove marks, fingerprints and light scuffs is included. Removal of stickers, adhesive residue or damage beyond surface cleaning may incur additional fees.
Bathroom
Bathrooms are cleaned thoroughly, including showers, toilets, vanities and mirrors. Heavy scale, mould or neglected grout may require additional treatment at extra cost.
Windows
Internal window glass, frames and tracks are cleaned where accessible. External windows, high access areas or heavily soiled tracks may incur additional fees.
